Scotia Fogelsanger and her Gang Of Nine

SOOO... The above photo is of a woman that IS the Mafiosa LEADER of The Gang Of Nine! 

Her name is Scotia Fogelsanger. 

Twista head pretend a dread get that shit off of your head! (CAN'T WAIT TO SEE HER MUGSHOT!) 

She runs her Gang from the safety of her home in a place called State College Pennsylvania but she has Gang members throughout the United States. 

She has created and gathered up her own Rainbow Gang, which she created, that she controls and uses to THREATEN, HARRASS, INTIMIDATE, STALK, CYBER BULLY, ASSAULT, AND MURDER people within the Rainbow family... at her whim or needs! 

Most of it is done hiding behind others and the safety of her keyboard. 

They are no different than the Mafia, 1% MC Clubs, Drug Cartels, or any other run of the mill street Gang that terrorizes others. 

She runs online Rainbow "Call out Groups" hiding behind being an admin on Facebook that she controls and uses to "Greenlight" others as she sees fit.

For anyone that does not know what the term greenlight means here is a definition: 

green light /ˌɡrēn ˈlīt/ noun: greenlight a green traffic light giving permission to proceed. verb: greenlight NORTH AMERICAN give permission to go ahead with (a project, especially a movie. 

BUT a Rainbow Greenlight means that they post a person's picture and personal information in their groups online... that they use to THREATEN, HARRASS, INTIMIDATE, STALK, CYBER BULLY, ASSAULT, AND MURDER people that they dislike or ANYONE who does not live up to her standards. 

EVEN INNOCENT PEOPLE! 

She uses her subordinate crew of 8 other females to hand out her orders to. These 8 people then proceed to gather their large group of underlings and foot soldiers that they direct... and encourage the vast amount of violence that happens among the Rainbow family... in and out of the gatherings and online. 

They go after people that they consider rapists, child molesters, and abusers.

OR ANYONE THEY DECIDE!!! 

They consider themselves VIGILANTES and are proud of it. 

I am a firm believer in our legal system of the United States and OUR Civil Rights and feel such matters belong in the hands of LEO not in the hands of a small group of women or VIGILANTES.

UNFORTUNATELY this Gang Of Nine does not just focus on rapists, child molesters, or abusers. 

They greenlight anyone that has the balls/lips to stand up to them and their illegal actions. 

And innocent good people get caught up in their crosshairs. 

People like Mystic who she used her Gang Of Nine to THREATEN, HARRASS, INTIMIDATE, STALK, CYBER BULLY, ASSAULT, AND MURDER! THEY DID THIS FOR YEARS even though he was a MINOR while all of them are ADULTS! 

Mystic did nothing wrong. He was just a pawn in their sick and twisted Gang fantasies. 

GOING AFTER MINORS SHOWS JUST HOW RUTHLESS, UNCARING, AND BRUTAL THEY TRULY ARE!!!

I can not understand why a grown woman such as Scotia would use her power to destroy someone else's innocent child who was found guilty by her and HER Gang of Nine's illegal kangaroo counsel... who did nothing. 

The only possible reason I can come up with is that she was raped by a man when she was younger... got pregnant by the rapist and had twins from the person.

IT GETS WORSE! 

She then allowed her boyfriend to molest and abuse her own children!!!

And others sat by and let it happen!!!

The hatred for her rapist and the guilt of letting a man molest and abuse HER OWN CHILDREN has created the monster she has become! 

I DO NOT CONDONE RAPE OF ANY HUMAN BEING! 

I DEFINITELY DO NOT CONDONE CHILD MOLESTERS!

AND I MOST OF ALL DEFINITELY DO NOT CONDONE PEOPLE WHO LET OTHERS MOLEST AND RAPE THEIR OWN CHILDREN!

These things should be handled by LEO and LEO alone. 

We should let our JUSTICE SYSTEM handle such things! In the United States we are innocent until proven guilty! 

But in the eyes of the Gang of Nine and their leader Scotia Fogelsanger... anyone they see fit, EVEN IF THEY ARE INNOCENT or CHILDREN, ARE GUILTY until proven innocent. 

It is thee way their illegal kangaroo councel works!

And even if they are PROVEN INNOCENT (in a case like Mystic) it will be to late! 

This Scotia Fogelsanger and her Gang Of Nine are a big reason why Rainbow Family is not safe even from themselves! 

RAINBOW GATHERINGS ARE NO LONGER SAFE because of such people! 

Some things the Gang Of Nine are known to have done: 

1... KIDNAPPING A MAN IN THE NATIONAL FOREST WHO THEY LABELED AS A RASIST. THEY DUCT TAPED HIM TO A TREE NAKED! THEY FORCE FED HIM LARGE AMMOUNTS OF LSD! ASSAULTED HIM! POURED HONEY ALL OVER HIS BODY SO THE INSECTS WOULD COVER HIM! THEN THE GANG OF NINE AND THEIR FOLLOWERS SAT IN A CIRCLE AROUND HIM AND MENTALLY ABUSED HIM FOR HOURS! 

2... PUTTING LARGE AMOUNTS OF LSD IN PEOPLE'S FOOD, DRINKS, OR CANDY OF PEOPLE THAT THEY LABEL A RAPIST OR ABUSER THEN ASSAULTING THEM WHEN THEY ARE TOO HIGH TO EVEN UNDERSTAND WHAT IS HAPPENING!

3... CREATING "RAINBOW DECOYS"! THEY USE FEMALES OF THEIR GANG TO SIT BY A TRAIL IN THE DARK ALONE PRETENDING TO BE DRUNK, HIGH, OR HAVING MENTAL ISSUES. THEY HOPE THEIR TARGET THEY DO NOT LIKE APPORACHES THE FEMALE TO OFFER HELP AND THEN JUMP OUT OF THE WOODS ACCUSING THEM OF THE INTENTION OF RAPE! THEY PROCEED TO ASSAULT THE PERSON AND RUN THEM OUT OF "THEIR" FOREST! IT IS TRULY AWFUL THAT PEOLE NOW HAVE TO EVEN CONSIDER NOT HELPING A PERSON IN DISTRESS THEY COME ACROSS ON A TRAIL BECAUSE THEY MIGHT BE ACCUSED OF SOMETHING THEY DID NOT DO AND GET PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED BY A MOB OR WORSE... UNDER THE COMMANDS OF SCOTIA FOGELSANGER AND HER GANG OF NINE!

4... PUTTING FENTANYL IN A MAN'S BEER THEY LABELED AS A RAPIST CAUSING AN OVERDOSE DEATH KNOWING IT COULD NOT BE PROVEN! 

5... VANDALIZING AND DESTROYING THE VEHICLES/HOMES OF PEOPLE WHO THEY LABEL AS RAPISTS-ABUSERS! 

6... DESTROYING THE CAMPS AND PERSONAL ITEMS OF PEOPLE LABELED RAPISTS-ABUSERS! 

7... GATHERING MOBS OF PEOPLE AND USING THE MOB MENTALITY TO THREATEN, HARRASS, INTIMIDATE, STALK, CYBER BULLY, ASSAULT, AND MURDER OTHERS! AND SO MUCH MORE... 

Why does this continue to happen without anyone speaking up or doing anything about it? 

The Gang Of Nine and their underlings have infiltrated the top levels of the Rainbow Heirarchy and NOW ARE THE LEADERS/FOCALIZERS/DICTATORS/ADMINS of the Rainbow Heirarchy! 

People are scared of them and what they will do to them and remain silent allowing it to continue!

WE NEED TO TAKE BACK RAINBOW, OUR GATHERINGS BACK, AND OUR FORESTS BACK FROM THIS GANG OF NINE! 

The LEAST that needs to BE DONE? 

There needs to be a council in the forest, on OUR land, that deals with Scotia Fogelsanger and her Gang Of Nine HER way! 

They need to be banished from "Rainbow Land" according to HER terms!

They need to answer for their illegal criminal actions! 

People need to boycott them and their online groups. 

FAMILY NEEDS TO SPEAK UP! 

The MOST that NEEDS to be done? 

There needs to be an LEO investigation opened and Scotia Fogelsanger and HER Gang of Nine should be investigated by LEO and held accountable for her illegal actions and the crimes they commit... IN THE UNITED STATES COURT OF LAW! 

I will CLEARLY state this is in NO way a GREENLIGHT on Scotia Fogelsanger and the other EIGHT women of the Gang of Nine! 

I have only included a photo of Scotia Fogelsanger so that Rainbow family KNOWS WHO she is and to stay away from her!

I will not be posting any other information about her or the other Gang of Nine member photo's or information.

TRUE family is better than them and we will not stoop down to their illegal methods and actions!

WE WILL LET LEO AND THE UNITED STATES JUDICIAL SYSTEM DEAL WITH THEM AND HOPE THEY GET TO THEM EVENTUALLY USING EVERY LEGAL MEANS AVAILABLE!
