The Magic Hat con, scam, and hustle

Apparently Karin is begging for donations to the Magic Hat...

The most basic description that one could give as to why it is called the Magic Hat?

Rainbow call it the Magic Hat because any donations that are given and taken in magically disappear without any accountability or transparency of where any of those donations truly went.

The supposed Magic Hat "banking" council is a private, small, and select group that are only accountable to each other about how much money came in so that they can evenly dib it out amongst themselves and get their fair shares.

Back in the days  there used to be accountability and transparency of where that money actually went instead of just fattening the pockets of the people involved and their friends. 

Perfect examples of an abuse of the power of the donations would be like when Adam Buxbaum aka Finch embezzled thousands of left over dollars to fund his adventure to go to a World Rainbow Gathering or when money was kept from even paying for the trash and garbage removal at last year's Annual/National gathering and they ended up dumping it all in assorted private dumpsters that left locals with the extra costs.

The few people in charge of the Magic Hat and on the banking council do not share the information of how much was brought on or where it went like it was done in the old days.

They just tell people to trust them...

Trust fucking Rainbows?

The same people that will rob you blind behind your backs glady take your donations as they see fit!

Meanwhile these same people are sitting fat in their private camps eating dank food and having their whole vacations paid for by the generous donations of others. 

Magic Hat and the banking council have become one of the biggest con, scam, and hustle in Rainbow hipstory...

And dont forget to donate ro the Magic Hat as those people that control it want to get more drugs and make sure they got their gas money for their way home or fancy plane tickets and maybe cash to get to their next festival or tour...

What the fuck is up with all the die hard direction nazis that have popped up with their self righteous feelings that posting the directions online have somehow damaged the attendance and has made Rainbow and it's gatherings the swag shit show it is today?

These losers act like they are in the Fight Club or members of some sort of secret sect or society that feels the need to vet, screen, and decide who might or might not meet their standards of being allowed to have the fucking knowledge of where a gathering is taking place or to attend one.

Sure does not seem too fucking inclusive and quite the opposite... very exclusive.

Not to mention the typical Rainbow hypocrisy at it's finest!

Every idiot that seems to back the philosophy that directions should not be posted online can not come up with a reasonable explanation or excuse as to why that is.

The biggest thing people claim is that it should only be on the lightline.

It doesn't take a fucking moron to know that by posting the lightline online YOU ARE POSTING THE FUCKING SAME DIRECTIONS ONLINE!

It DOES take a moron though to NOT fucking understand the basic concept of that.

And there seem to be quite a few morons that don't understand this.

But that is to be expected considering the amount of true idiots that call themselves Rainbow...

You can not help but ask yourself why these direction nazis want to keep making a fuss about this stupid shiat other than wanting control.

Not like the locals won't know already and use the same internet and phones too.

Locals tend to know what is going on in their areas anyways... more than most think or assume.

There is one clear and simple explanation.

Gatekeeping!

Such a constant and familiar word in modern day Rainbow!

Along with the Gatekeeping there is power, control, and ego issues that dominate the gatherings and who gets the attention the most that they feel they deserve, need, and crave..

Those that control things as simple as directions are clearly seeking some sort of made up power play that stokes and inflates their egos.

It makes them feel important I guess?

Attention whores seeking attention anywhere they can get it...

And Rainbow is full of attention whores.

The one thing that people keep saying that seems the most absurd is...

That so many people blame the putting of directions online for all the problems Rainbow currently has.

If putting the directions online has opened up the possibility of reaching many that would not know about Rainbow otherwise...

If we are reaching people like never before and the gatherings keep shrinking year after year it gets kind of hard to blame the internet for causing the lack of attendance.

If the internet has done anything to keep people from wanting to go to gatherings or be a part of Rainbow it is because it shows all the lies, bullshit, and fake ass people that make up what Rainbow is today.

Not to mention...

If they really wanted more people to come to the gatherings it should be posted more and not kept so secret and exclusive.

But then they wouldn't have so much control...

Which beings us back to Gatekeeping.

The people against putting the directions online ARE fucking Gatekeeping!

They want to decide who gets the invite to their gatherings.

Make decisions on who they see are fit or unfit to get the information in the first place.

Pushing towards that secret membership they say does not exist.

I find it ironic that these people claim that everyone is welcome to Rainbow and it's gatherings then want to turn around and decide who gets the invitation and directions.

It IS people like them that make others not want to go to the fucking gatherings anymore.

Which explains a lot when it comes to where Rainbow and it's gatherings are today.

It is full of PEOPLE LIKE THEM that only want to invite other PEOPLE LIKE THEM!

And gatherings keep getting smaller and smaller because the PEOPLE NOT LIKE THEM who don't want to be like them... do

won't and don't go anymore.

They are done of always having someone wanting to control or manipulate them and deceive them constantly.

And now Rainbow IS full of PEOPLE LIKE THEM ONLY!

Rainbow has gone downhill because of all the Gatekeeping!

When I first was introduced to Rainbow and it's gatherings...

I said holy shiat!

I WANT TO BE LIKE THEM!

Now?

I DON'T WANT TO BE ANYTHING LIKE THEM!

The people I used to want to be like all left over the years.

Ran off and replaced by new people that only want the power to control others and things through manipulation, darkness, and deciept.

And I know im not the only one that sees this or feels this way.
